RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / PRODUCT RETURN

The customer has the right to withdraw from the sale within 14 calendar days, starting from the time of product delivery (to the customer or to the carrier indicated by the latter), returning the product in its original condition without damage, bearing the return costs according to Law 2251/1994. Returns are not accepted for products with damaged packaging or for used products.

Refunds are made up to the tenth day from the day of receipt of the products.

Our company may ask you to send us verification details of the cardholder, such as a photocopy/photo of the identity card and a photocopy/photo of the front side of the card used for the payment showing the first 6 digits, covered next 6 digits, and the last 4 digits visible (For example, if the card number is 5555 1234 5678 9012, you should send us a photocopy/photo of the front side of the card showing the digits 5555 12XX XXXX 9012).

2. Payment by Paypal

You can also use Paypal to pay for your order.

In case of payment by Paypal, there is also no additional charge to the final price of your order, beyond the shipping costs.

3. Cash on Delivery

If you choose Cash on Delivery as the payment method, there is no additional charge to the amount of your order.

4. Payment by Bank Deposit

You can place your order and proceed with a bank deposit to one of the following accounts:

The deposit must be completed within 3 business days from the order placement. After the 3 business days and if the bank deposit has not been completed, the order is automatically canceled, and the products contained in it are released. If you have placed an order with the bank deposit option and for any reason, you need more than 3 business days to complete the deposit, please contact us so we can assist you.

Any bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.

Please include the order number and your full name in the deposit rationale.

After the deposit, please reply to the order confirmation email you received, or send us a new email with the deposit proof to avoid delays in shipping your order. See the Contact Details.
